Doug, I suspect that the problem that you're having is that Xvnc Enterprise Edition will default to using a secure connection, which requires that it have access to a private key. You therefore need to use vnckeygen to ensure that the "nobody" user has a private key in their ~/.vnc directory.
You will also need to tell Xvnc not to authenticate the incoming connection, by adding "UserPasswdVerifier=None", or to authenticate it against the user accounts database on the system, with "UserPasswdVerifier=UnixAuth". As a simple test to get started, you can use "SecurityTypes=None" on the Xvnc command-line to tell Xvnc not to perform encryption or require authentication. This should allow you to connect & verify that the rest of the setup is working.
