Here's a question -- if you're already using SSH, instead of X11 forwarding,
why don't you just tunnel VNC through SSH? Have you considered that? It
might reduce the overhead and make things more responsive, not to mention,
it might, depending on *where* the timeout is happening, reduce the timeout
problem.

1) It is through the internet
2) It (vncviewer) is not tunneled from the machine it is physically running
on but its window is presented on some other machine by means of X11
forwarding of ssh.
Do you suggest to increase inactivity timer?
