        Heya. At the risk of sounding unhelpful...if your client can't
ping from his machine to the other machines he's VPN'd with, then it
sounds like a VPN configuration problem, not a VNC problem. If you know
exactly the VPN client software he's using, I can perhaps point you in
the right direction to get support for it.

have a client who has a vpn from the office to his house and to my house.

lan at office is 192.168.1.x

his house 192.168.2.x

my house 192.168.4.x

I can hit all the machines on the 192.168.1.x lan

he can only hit one of them.  The other gives 10060 error.

Any ideas?
