Hi,
I have just tried VNC via NX over my local network, and it works JUST fine.
The command from linux is standard.... 'vncviewer hostname:port'
I use the OLD (free) version of NX (*nxclient-1.3.2-7.i386.rpm* and
*nxserver-1.3.2-25.i386.rpm*) - available on
*cerih.dyndns.org/pub/NX/[Windows] or [Linux]* - (do NOT include the
"*[*" and "*]*" in your request) via anonymous FTP.
Just tested the above connection and it works!
VNC worked to both a Windows system running V4.1 and back to the calling
(Linux) system also running V4.1
What WOULD be nice is an NX server for Windows.

PS Why do you want to run VNC over NX? To get at the Windows system?
