Once you connect to a machine, you can use the F8 menu to go to "options" then "load/save" and save a .VNC config file which is really just a shortcut to tell VNC to start up the viewer and go to a particular machine. You may or may not want to store the password for the remote server.

I am setting VNC up on a group of around 200 unattended workstations. I need to have the ability to make a list of some sort inside of VNC so that the users who monitor the workstations are able to just click on the machine name and go. Does anyone have any clues? Thanks for all the help and time! Thank you, Wesley E.
