David, Error 10061 just means that the computer you tried to connect to didn't have a server accepting connections on the port you specified. This might be because you're using the wrong IP address (or the DNS name you're using refers to the wrong address), or because your server isn't running, or because you're specifying the wrong port or VNC display number.
