Hello to all. I'm having a problem as described below. Please help. Thanks.

NETWORK:

Internet (shared T1) [x.x.x.x] --- Win2K3 Server Ent (RRAS + Basic Firewall
+ DHCP enabled)  [10.0.0.1] SMC switch --- Win2K [10.0.0.2]

RealVNC 4.0 Ent service-mode running in Win2K [10.0.0.2], 5900 fwd
RealVNC 4.1 Ent service-mode running in Win2K3 [10.0.0.1], 5901 fwd, MS RD
disabled & port closed

I'm trying to access this from a facility with its own LAN as follows:

Internet (Cable Broadband) [y.y.y.y] --- LinkSys BEFSR41 v1 is the router
--- SMC switch --- WinXP Pro [192.168.0.101], Win2K Pro [192.168.0.102],
etc...

SITUATION:

Connection1 (inside LAN): Win2K [10.0.0.2] => Win2K3 [10.0.0.1] ( 10.0.0.1,
x.x.x.x:1, or x.x.x.x:5901 ) = OK, no problem

Connection2: WinXP Pro [192.168.0.101] => Win2K [10.0.0.2] ( x.x.x.x,
x.x.x.x:0, or x.x.x.x:5900 ) = OK, no problem
Connection3: Win2K Pro [192.168.0.102] => Win2K [10.0.0.2] ( x.x.x.x,
x.x.x.x:0, or x.x.x.x:5900 ) = OK, no problem

Connection4: WinXP Pro [192.168.0.101] => Win2K3 [10.0.0.1] ( x.x.x.x:1, or
x.x.x.x:5901 ) = PROBLEM
Connection5: Win2K Pro [192.168.0.102] => Win2K3 [10.0.0.1] ( x.x.x.x:1, or
x.x.x.x:5901 ) = PROBLEM

PROBLEM (described):
I can connect, but after 60 seconds or less my view hangs. The physical
server doesn't hang because when I checked it using the Connection1 via
Connection2, I can interact fine. Then I checked my Event viewer and the
error that caused the hang is "Bitblt failed -5". When I closed my
connection (Connection4 or Connection5), and connect again, the view remains
frozen and I'm still unable to execute any action except for F8. I can only
regain the "less-than-60seconds" ability when I close my connection for an
hour or before connecting again. User switching & RD are not in play at all.
If it is a firewall issue, why work in a host within the same bounds of
firewall & not in the other.

I am thankful to anyone who can help me out.
