Hallo! First of all i've to say, that i'm really sorry about my bad english. I hope you can forgive me :-)
My problem ist the following. As a System Admin in a middle Copmpany with three Offices i use VNC very often. Espacially to "controll" the Backup-Protokols on our three different servers. All these servers are "Mac OS X (10.4.5)" Servers. On two of them i've no problems and everything works great. But one of them makes troubles. When i connect from my home-pc to this server, nothing happens after "opening the connection". Only when i wait - between three and four - minutes the window to enter the password appears. Then i can work normally as on the other two servers. But it's frustraiting to wait for so a long time to connect to this server. What causes this problem? The firewall settings and any other setting is exactly the same as on the other two servers. Hope you can understand my problem and give me some good advices.
