Program Disappears

Hi,
 
    I have one machine that runs the RealVNC (free edition)  user mode 
server. After a day or so the tray icon disappears and the program is  gone 
from the 
Program menu. I have to reinstall the program to get back up and  running.
 
   Any ideas what causes this to happen?
