Hi, I'm having problems with the realvnc server & realvnc client (without using vncreflector).
I set the server to a depth of 8, but the client says the connection is 24bit. If I ask the client to specifically use 8-bit, then I get a black screen. Moreover, asking the client to specifically use ZRLE does not work. It just ignores the request and uses hextile. I don't see any option on the server for preferring one protocol over another. BTW, how efficient is the realvnc server for broadcasting to multiple clients? if I can get ZRLE 8-bit to work, would it be a reasonable thing to do? Or do I need to use vncreflector (which apparently does not support ZRLE)?
