1) It's not built into the software; TightVNC has this, and works reasonably well.

2) The tray icon for the server toggles inverted when a client connects. As for an Accept/Decline prompt, TightVNC also has that.

2) Have an indicator for server upon connection. So a message/balloon or ?? indicating to the server that a connection is made. Or even better a 'Do you want to allow' message.

There are times that you might be working and don't want to allow a connection ..
