Yes. It's known as a shared connection. You can set it up on the
"Sharing" page of the VNC server's options dialogue box. You probably
want the the "Always treat new connections as shared" option, with the
"Non-shared connections replace existing ones" turned off.
Be aware that because the server is doing more work and using more
bandwidth when sharing the connection, the result may be a bit slower /
more jerky than a single connection, but it should be adequate for
presentations. A faster server (processor) and/or internet connection
may help alleviate this somewhat, as may having the server ignore inputs
& clipboard updates (turn everything off in the "Inputs page).
