Upon re-reading your question, I see you want to know how to connect to a
particular PC from the internet. That's easy. Just port-forward a different
port on the router to each PC. You can also forward one port on the router
to a differnet port on the server, so you don't have to make any changes to
the server's port info. For example, you forward port 5900 to port 5900 on
PC#1, the forward 5901 to 5900 on PC#2 and so on. Then, when you want to
connect to PC#2, you put aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd:5901 in your VNC viewer when you're
on the internet and you should be connected to PC#2 if you've done your port
forwarding correctly.
