Hi Glenda,

You'll need to contact the vendor of the "PalmVNC" software for support for
their product.  The error messages below aren't enough to diagnose the
problem - it may be that you're specifying the wrong IP address, the wrong
port, or that VNC Server isn't running, or that there's a firewall in the
way, etc - the messages below do not provide that detail, though.
