I am using VNC on a Windows XP system to access a RedHat Linux system.
I am able to successfully access the Linux desktop (gnome-session).
When I attempt to access the Services applet on Linux ...
I do not receive the Query ("Password for Root") dialog box that I
receive when I perform the same sequence of operations directly on the
Linux system. The sequence of operations are:
Click Applications Menu
Click System Settings Menu
Click Server Settings Menu
Click Services Menu
Any suggestions on how to get this to work are greatly appreciated.
