Where exactly is it in TightVNC?
In any non-full-screen session, it's the two over-lapping generic file icons on the toolbar, fourth icon from the right. Otherwise, you can get at it from the taskbar -- just right-click, and there's a "Transfer files" entry four up from the bottom. Additionally, the keyboard shortcut is Ctrl+Alt+Shift+E. I've used it several times and it's not fantastically speedy, but definately useful when I don't have access to ther means.
IRT Jim Strickland's question, RealVNC added file transfer capability in v4.2, I believe. I've not used it myself, but that's what I remember reading. _______________________________________________
