Hi Phil,

That's an option in ZoneAlarm - it ignores "synthetic" input events,
produced by other apps on the system, so as to prevent them from
manipulating its dialogs in order to disable it.  The option can be disabled
if required - please refer to ZoneAlarm's documentation for details.
