RealVNC actually allows for this natively -- here's how you set it up:

- Open up your properties window either through the tray icon or the start menu. - Assuming you're using plain ol' VNC authentication, hit the Configure button next to its respective radiobox.
- In the dialog that comes up, hit Extended Configuration.
- When that comes up, you'll see three checkboxes, Admin, ViewOnlythe namage is pretty self explanatory. - Check each one that you want (I honestly don't see the point of InputOnly :P) and set the respective password.

Once you've set that up, VNC will grant users privledges specific to the password they provide.
