I am accessing from outside using my external IP (static).
Accessing internally localhost or internal 10.0.0.x IP works.
I have ports 5900, 5800, 5500 forwarded on the router and airport
base and the OS X firewall turned off.
Still struggling to get an external connection. I test using http://
www.gotomyvnc.com/ and a friend.
