I have posted this problem long time ago and no one seems to know the answer. The only response I got was to play with my MTU values and it didn't work. After I turned off my WIndows firewall and used a firewall appliance, the problem disappeared. Aside from getting the "DeviceFrameBuffer: BitBlt failed:5" error in my event viewer, the view freezes after a minute. Only the view on the client side that is outside of LAN that freezes. When I access inside LAN, it works fine. Windows Firewall causes a lot of networking problem for an admin anyway. :)
