I've set up the free version of VNC on my computers at home. Trying to connect to windows 2000 from windows XP, and it kicks me off after a minute or two. I've seen that a lot of people have had this problem but I don't see any resolution. In addition, the last time I connected I got the following error message: "The file or directory \Program Files\RealVNC\VNC4\wm_hooks.dll is corrupt and unreadable. Please run the Chkdsk utility."
Any ideas? I don't have a firewall turned on, I'm connecting through a router though, each computer has a static IP. _______________________________________________ VNC-List mailing list [email protected] To remove yourself from the list visit: http://www.realvnc.com/mailman/listinfo/vnc-list
