It has been written multiple times on this list, and it is probably also
indicated on RealVNC's homepage that RealVNC versions 4.1 and 4.1.1 had a
serious security hole that allowed anyone to log in without knowing a
password... It has been fixed in 4.1.2 and the affected versions should not
be used.
