We're running 4.1.2 in Service Mode. The problem we're having is that several menu items are unavailable when you right-click on the VNC icon in the system tray -- Options, Add New Clients, and Close VNC Server are grayed out. Configuration options CAN be accessed through the Start > Programs menu without a problem. The users in question are all local workstation administrators. Is this by design? Or an issue specific to our environment?
