Hi Chris, "Requested security type not available" indicates that a VNC Viewer tried to request a security method that the VNC Server wasn't configured to support - it's won't be related to the problem you're having.
The fact that you're not getting any Connections events logged suggests that you are not, in fact, connecting to the computer to which you think you are connecting, or at that there is some other process on that computer which is accepting connections on the RFB port, preventing VNC Server from doing so. The fact that the problem machine is on the same domain as the viewer computer while a working one isn't is also unlikely to be relevant, since VNC Personal Edition does not perform domain-based authentication of connections. Have you submitted a support request for your problem?
