The best way to connect to the WYSE Terminals is to leverage Terminal Services Administrator (tsadmin) from the Terminal Server. You can manage any remote session connected to the TS, provided everything is configured properly. As for connecting to the Wyse Terminal interfaces...I don't believe you'll be able to easily install a VNC client on the unit. Maybe check out the WYSE forum for more info on installing local software onto the embedded client.
