Certainly the VNC server can be set lo listen on any port you like (just
set the port in the Options dialogue) - I've never used the Java applet
so I don't know about that.
Alternately, if your router doesn't restrict port forwarding to using
the same port on either end, you could just forward port 80 from the
router to port 5900 on the PC (of course, the usual warnings about
running VNC over the internet unencrypted apply).
