Thanks Steve! This is interesting ... since I had checked with the user who 
uses the remote system before we did VNC. He had mentioned that he saw 4.1.2. 
Later, in fact, I got quite upset at him when I discovered that it was still 
running 4.1.1 !! It makes a lot of sense to me now!

Ritu (and all):  I don't know if this is "common knowledge," but I've
seen quite a few hacked 4.1.1 servers where they've done something to
modify the 4.1.1 executable so that it displays its version number as
4.1.2 when one right-clicks the system tray icon and selects "About." 
Only when one goes into the Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs does
one see that it's 4.1.1 and not 4.1.2.
