I believe the Xresources handling was not added to VNC4 - its
unfortunate as the switching on/off fullscreen is something I use very
often during the day. At the moment I have to F8 then use the mouse to
switch off fullscreen - irritating given that I try to avoid using the
mouse as much as possible.
