Since computer (B) is only connected to the internet through computer (C), 
computer (B) 
does not have an IP address assigned to it. When connected from computer (B) to 
(A), the 
connection goes through computer (C) to get to computer (A). So, if you want to 
get from 
(A) back to (B), you still have to go through (C).
