Niaz, Firstly, you should upgrade to VNC Free Edition 4.1.2, to avoid the security issue in version 4.1 & 4.1.1.
Secondly, you should either use a security-enabled build of VNC (Enterprise or Personal Editions) or tunnel connections to your server via another protocol such as SSH. A log file can be created in C:\temp\winvnc4.log using a command-line like -log=*:file:30, which will record debug & information messages.
