I have a need to set up a remote connect methodology to allow support folks
here at our headquarters to shadow and potentially guide remote users
through our applications from time to time. I would be connecting to a
SuSE8 device across a WAN ( over 600 probable remote locations) and am
interested in using Enterprise RealVNC to accomplish this.
I have a few questions however....
- What security model can be used to control who can access a client running
Enterprise RealVNC?
- Does Enterprise Real VNC support LDAP, AD, etc. ?
- Can we restrict a local user from using a workstation while in remote
control mode?
- Sarbanes-Oxley & Visa CISP (PCI) compliance.. This includes session
encryption, security as mentioned above and any possible logging.
Any help regarding these questions would be greatly appreciated !
Thanks,
Steve
