Hi Roger, It sounds like you're looking for something like VNC Enterprise Edition (http://www.realvnc.com/products/enterprise), which allows users to authenticate to the VNC Server using full Windows, NT Domain or Active Directory credentials. It also provides full in-built session security, which is probably something you want if you're allowing remote access to systems by vendors.
