Echoing Scott from 2005:

Does anyone know of a way to run VNC with multiple monitors? I moved from
a chip design company that did allow me to have my own linux machine with 3
monitors to a company that will only let me have 2 monitors and a crappy WinXP
laptop. I still have to do all my chip work on a linux machine, but now I have
to VNC in.
I want to be able to run VNC such that it spans my two monitors, but
separates the monitor sections. i.e. when I "full-screen" an app, I don't
want it to fill up both my
monitors. Can I change ~/.vnc/xstartup ? Does anyone have an example?
Next time, I'll negotiate for a Linux machine in my cube...
