Thanks for taking the time to read my question.

I've tried reading through the documentation on line here, but haven't come
across a solution to my problem.

I've found the option to set my ports in XP, so I set it to 5901, as that is
the port listed in my /home/Brad/.vnc/xstartup file

We use vnc all the time at work and we just type in the IP, but I've never
set it up, and we use Windows PC's on both ends, not a Windows - Linux set
up.

When I type in BradServer.home.com:1 as the server in VNCViewer I usually
get error: 10061, but sometimes I get 11004. I've read many posts on these
errors but am not sure what to do to my settings to fix my problem.

I tried vncconfig in the terminal window on my Fedora Core 6 pc, but none of
the commands work for me. I keep getting No VNC extension on display :0.0

Any ideas on how I can get my VNC to work so I can view my Linux pc from my
XP pc?

If you need any more info, please just let me know. By the way, I'm quite
new to Linux, (1 month)

Thanks,

Brad
