Hi Kevin

You were given support the day after you issued a request, and we did not
receive a reply until five days later, when you did not answer the questions
we asked.

You will be contacted again today by the support team to see if we can help
you. The software works very well and there are large numbers of users
without any problems on Vista.

Regards

Andy

Subject: Vista stopped working

I had been using REALVNC on vista. It was painfully
slow so I applied the vnc-mirror-1_7-x86_win32.exe
patch. It worked wonderfully. I paid for my license
key which worked for a few weeks and now states that
my license key is expired. I can re-enter it and it
accepts it as a valid key but it still does not work.
Since I paid for it and expect some mininal level of
support and which I have never recieved I am assuming
they went out of business for theft. That being said
I still cannot get REALVNC to work. I'm connecting
from a XP laptop to a VISTA desktop. I've uninstalled
and reinstalled, tried it without the mirror patch all
to no avail. Does anyone have any idea what to do
next?

Thanks
