I sometimes find it necessary to click the mouse somewhere within the viewer window to give keyboard focus back to it.

Mark.

Hello,

I'm running vncviewer v3.3.7 under Ubuntu Linux. I use the -fullscreen option, but it has a problem: if I hit Alt-Tab to switch windows while in fullscreen, it doesn't get sent through the VNC connection; instead, it Alt-Tabs on my local system. The vncviewer fullscreen window stays on top, but focus moves to whatever other window(s) I have open at the time.

Furthermore, if I then Alt-Tab back to my vncviewer fullscreen window, I can no longer type into the window; whatever I type actually ends up in the terminal from which I launched the vncviewer command (on the local system). This also means that F8 no longer brings up the VNC popup menu, so the only thing that I can do (besides use the mouse remotely, which still works) is to press Ctrl-C to kill my vncviewer process.

Is this a bug in vncviewer?

Thanks,

Anthony DiSante
