I was previously able to connect to two different computers at two separate
businesses from a remote location however I now cannot and keep getting the
above message. The other party has turned off all firewalls etc (I did get
in briefly the other day however the next day I could not), when I visit the
other office with my laptop I can access the computer from internally using
vnc. We are using dnsalias.

Any suggestions as to the cause of this, is it my end or the other two
computers.

Regards
