The free version is released under the GPL and is entirely free for
anyone (commercial or otherwise) to use.  The only real restriction is
if you choose to modify the source code.  In this case you must make the
modified source code available to anyone you distribute the modified
binary to.

However, be aware that the free version does no encryption at all
(beyond the initial password handshake) so anyone can sniff the traffic
and reconstruct the session (including any key presses sent).  If this
is an issue then you should either use the enterprise version (which
does include encryption) or use an encrypted tunnel of some sort (VPN,
ssh, zebedee, etc).
