Hi Derek, Command-line parameters override any parameters read from the registry, and VNC 4 series servers do not write to the registry. Parameters not specified on the command-line will be read from the registry, so you need to specify all parameters that you want to pin down on the command-line.
You are running one copy of VNC Server in Service-Mode, and one in User-Mode, which means that they won't use the same registry keys to store their settings in in any case. FYI, you appear to be passing the machine's hostname as the DisplayDevice parameter, rather than the name of a valid display device.
