Dear Ricardo,

Thanks for your quick response

a) Did you install the VNC Server on the PC ?
I have already installed the VNC Server on the PC which works as Server.

b) Did you open up the necessary port on the remote router ?
I do not set up any firwall (even Window firwwall also disable) on the Server PC.

Thanks

Edmund

Dear VNC Support.

I use VNC free edition via a Viewer to remote my other PC, but it does not
success.
For example, the remoted PC , IP : 219.130.32.180 with a router and Local
IP :
192.168.1.105.
I enter Server: 219.130.32.180 in "VNC Viewer : Connection Details" windows.
I
believe I miss something, please advise

Thanks in advance

Edmund
