I would think there are two things

a) you are hitting th real X11 server at port 6000

more importantly
b) when you ask for port 100
you will hit the java viewer of 0

you MUST jump by 300 as Wez said

for each port count 2 separated by 100 so
:0 is 5800 & 5900
:99 is 5899 & 5999
:100 is 5900 & 6000 CONFLICT with java :0
:199 is 5999 & 6999 CONFLICT with vnc5999 :99
:200 is 6000 & 6100 CONFLICT with X11 6000

Could any one tell why this is happening? I have created session on server
with display number more than 100. I have modified the server script to
support 500 displays instead it just 99. but I found that upto 100 vncviewer
is working fine and displaying the server screen. but after that it doesnt
display anything.
