Teng-Fong: Thanks for your information.

On the "real" server site, everything works fine. I did
the followings from 2 different XP workstations and
got same result.

                1. Logon to VNC
                2. right click on the top of the screen (server)
                3. select "ctrl-alt-del"

From this point, everything become very slow - screen
refresh slow.

But thanks for your suggestion. I will do some research
on the VGA card.

     I've also got a Windows 2003 in 64 bits. Since I don't have the
same machine with 2003 in 32 bits, I can't compare the speed. I could
only say that it's acceptable for me.

You have to know that VNC server's reactivity also depends on the
video card. Have you tried to see the real screen and see if its
reaction is good? I've got a server (in which I've installed 32-bit
WS2003). This server's screen is very slow because the server's
supposed to be headless, so it's only got a very cheap VGA card with
slow graphic memories. So it's display within VNC is also very slow.
