James, I am testing free version of Real VNC. Enterprise version is not working for me. I already posted the questions but no replies: Could you give me answers to below questions then I will be set all:
Question1: I have installed Real VNC Enterprise version and looking for trial licence key but i could not get it. Below info I found on realvnc.com but i dont find "Set License Key" option when I click Start->Programs->Real VNC->VNC Server->Configure->??? >>If neither a full nor a trial license key is provided during installation then a trial key can be installed by selecting Set License Key from the VNC Server (Service-Mode) section of the Start Menu, which will usually be located under the RealVNC group, unless a different group was specified during installation<< Question2: When I installed Real VNC on my home PC I got the trial key licent enabled but the configuration part is disabled. :-( Is it possible to test the Real VNC enterprise real version that I should get on purchase? Detailed mail I sent to list: I got the Real VNC enterprise trial version. We are using free version but now we are willing to shift the 4.3 if it can meets our requirements. I could see that latest enterprise version edition has user prompting, password option for allowing windows password, support for 32 bits colors, Address books and we can set individual settings for each addresses,XRANDR and Render supports. I want to test all this features. Could you please help me here. I have downloaded enterprise version but configuration button in service mode is stays disabled so I cannot set any of feature. Could you tell me if this is expected or how could i enable that button.
