Java is not supported on iPhone (yet). The only way to get a viewer is by
downloading from iTunes...or getting from a third party after you jail-break
your phone.

There may be an iPhone server out there, but it would only work on
jail-break phones, since iPhone apps normally are not multi-tasking...this
means only one app can run at a time. If you were to find a hack to violate
this rule, Apple would never let it out on their store. Having a VNC server
on the iPhone would require that it runs in the background while other apps
are running. Again...it is doable, but would require jail-breaking the
phone. Something most users would not want to do.
