VNC should not affect the RPC Server. It may be the case that an
application on your server machine is going in to a tight CPU-hogging
state, locking out RPC access, of course, and this may be triggered by VNC
hooking. In any case, you should upgrade to 3.3.3R7. In addition, try
re-installing service pack 6a to ensure it is correctly installed.
There shouldn't be any interactions between Vnc and SP6a, though.
