What defines "high-bandwidth?" Will raw saturate a 128k upstream DSL link,
or a 10Mbps Ethernet segment, or somewhere in between? I realize that this
is partly dependent on things like resolution and image complexity, but
would appreciate a ball-park figure if you have one in mind. :)
