I have a number of NT Workstation machines running the VNC service but a number of them are running older versions of VNC. In order to upgrade the version of VNC that is running is it just a case of replacing the relevant files (winvnc.exe, uninst.isu, vnchooks.dll and omnithread_rt.dll etc) or will the service have to be removed and reinstalled via the 'winvnc -remove' and 'winvnc -install' commands. Anybody anu ideas ?
