ODIN is the Win32 emulator/environment for OS/2.
You can get ODIN at "http://odin.netlabs.org/".

WinVNC is Win32 version of VNC server.
Ofcourse you can get it from VNC site.

Yes. Binary distribution exists.
For installing WinVNC on ODIN, look at
search page of VNC mailing list.

ODIN requires Warp4, and I still using Warp3,
so I didn't try it yet. But as far as I here,
WinVNC works well on ODIN.
