Vesion 3.3.3r7 the newest version. The ConnectPriority only defines what
happens when a _non_ shared session request comes in. This does not help, as
I was to reject _shared_ session requests. Like I said, I already read the
docs.

I've never seen lockups with multiple connections. Which version are you
using?
The ConnectPriority setting can be used to disable multiple connections.
This is described in the docs for WinVNC.
