Hi,

I'm using the latest version of VNC on a pc running win98SE.
The pc has ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) enabled and the pc
is multihomed. VNC is running and when I hover the mouse over
the icon it shows both addresses (public and private) I am able
to connect to the vnc server on the public side of the LAN from
one of the other PCs. However, I cannot connect to the VNC server
from the internet (Cable modem). There is no firewall or anything else
installed.

to clarify: I am connecting the host that is running VNC + ICS,
and to the private IP address. Not one of the pc's running a public ip
of 192.168.X.X.

When I port scan the host from another computer on the internet, all ports
are showed open. I guess this is from ICS. I have not tried disabling ICS
yet cause the host is not currently physically reachable .

Thanks for the help,
Jeremy
